Are you part of ADP?
No. PayAdvisors is an independent payroll team and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by ADP. We run payroll inside your ADP account for you.
Do you work in ADP Workforce Now and RUN?
Yes. We run payroll and train teams in both.
Can you fix our ADP setup before taking over?
Yes. We review your setup, fix what is not working and then take over each pay run.
Do we have to leave ADP?
No. You keep your ADP account, your data and your reports. We run payroll inside it.
Do you only work with ADP?
No. We work in any payroll system.
Can you help in any state?
Yes. We run payroll for employers in all 50 states.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. There is no minimum term. Service is month to month.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding runs in phases. Weeks 1 to 2 are onboarding and training. Weeks 3 to 4 are payroll takeover and your first live payroll with us. From week 5, we move into ongoing payroll optimization.
